Volunteers are Central
and Essential

Carquinez Village is led by a group of caring and committed volunteers who want to make a positive difference in the lives of older people.

Some of the benefits volunteers experience include:

  • Staying active – physically, mentally, and socially
  • Connecting with others, and feeling part of a community
  • Putting talents, skills, and capacities to good use
  • Paying it forward – knowing that someday each of us will also need support.
